Vive Real Estate, formerly known as Canyon Pacific Management, was established in 1991. Christopher Stanley bought the company in 2016, and has spearheaded a diverse management, sales, and accounting team ready to serve you.
Under his ownership, we are proud to announce the launch of two more exciting services:
- An extension of our maintenance department to provide janitorial services.
- Our Real Estate Sales division, where we will take you by the hand and guide you through the sale or purchase of your home or investment property.

Christopher has the heart of a world traveler, and the mind of an entrepreneur. He has always had the desire to own his own company, and once he sets his sites on a goal, more often than not, he achieves it. He is a man with a wide range of skill, experience, and background. He started managing HOA’s in 2004, where he discovered a love for the job and the ability to do it well. Aside from managing, Christopher has had the opportunity to work in a variety of fields that have honed him into the business owner he is today. Early in his career, he worked in Guest Relations at Disney, and later he served as an underwriter for home loans at a nationwide lender. This expanse of experience has been beneficial as the owner of Vive. Traveling abroad and working in diverse settings have allowed him to appreciate all cultures. This has also caused him to embrace diversity on his team and to welcome new approaches to his work which has proven advantageous as a leader in the Common Interest Development field.
